Q:  What should I bring to my initial visit?

A:  The first thing to do is download and print the “Day 1 Paperwork”.  Click here: Day 1 Paperwork 

Q:  What should I expect on my first visit?

A:  On your initial visit, you will turn in your completed paperwork and then we will conduct a consultation and go through your health concerns and medical history.  Then your areas of complaint will be examined by our medical staff and digital x-rays performed, if necessary.  This visit usually lasts about 45-60 minutes, depending on your number of issues.

Q:  Then what?

A:  You will receive a goody bag on your way out after scheduling your follow-up appointment to return to the clinic for your Day 2.  During this second visit, you will have the results of the exam and x-rays explained to you.  You will have an opportunity to have all of your questions answered about those results at that time.  This visit usually lasts around 15-20 minutes

Q:  Are any of the recommended treatments covered by my insurance?

A:  Our doctors are contracted “In Network” providers with nearly all insurance/PPO/HMO plans.  This includes TRADITIONAL MEDICARE, AETNA, BLUE CROSS, CIGNA, UNITED HEALTHCARE, and HUMANA, just to name a few. Please call our office to ask about your particular insurance co.

Q:  How soon can I get in?
